Returns Summary
We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
Refunds are issued as store credit only.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags (if your purchase was new and not used), and in its original packaging. Items must be free of any new odours (such as smoke, perfume, etc.).
To start a return, contact us at sales@itsadeal.ca Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted. If your return is approved, you will be responsible for the cost of shipping the item back to us.
Once your return is approved, the item must be shipped within 7 days. Tracking information must be provided within this timeframe. Returns that are not shipped or do not have tracking provided within 7 days of approval may no longer be eligible for return.
Once we receive your return and confirm it is in the same condition, we will issue store credit to your account for the item(s), along with the cost of return shipping.

ItsADeal.ca is a thrift store. Most items are previously owned or gently used. We do offer some items that are "new with tags," which are clearly marked on the site. We will not accept returns from customers who were unaware that items were not new.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
We will not accept returns for any item where the condition, damage, or flaws were clearly described and/or shown in the product listing.
Product appearance
Colour may vary slightly due to lighting, photography, and screen settings.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, including graduation dresses, handbags, jewellery, hair accessories, and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We do not accept returns on any underwear or swimsuit bottoms.
Some items are marked as "no returns" in the item description. These items are final sale. All measurements are provided in the description, and for premium/designer items, additional photos and videos are taken prior to shipping to document condition. No exceptions will be made for items marked "no returns."
All items in our "Markdown Mondays" category, along with gift cards, are final sale and not eligible for returns.
Exchanges
The fastest way to get what you want is to return the item you have and place a new order once your return is approved.
Refunds (Store Credit)
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return and let you know if it has been approved. If approved, your ItsADeal.ca account will be credited once the item is received. Return shipping costs will also be credited. We do not issue refunds to the original payment method.
Thrifting Tip 💛
We’ve found the best way to avoid sizing and fit issues is to compare measurements at home. For example, if you’re shopping for jeans, grab your favourite pair and measure the waist, rise, and inseam. Then compare those to the measurements in our listing to find your best fit.
