We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
Refunds are issued as in store credit only.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags (if your purchase was new and not used), and in its original packaging.
To start a return, you can contact us at sales@itsadeal.ca If your return is accepted, you will be responsible for shipping costs back to us. Once we receive your return and it is in the same condition, we will credit your account with the cost of shipping.

ItsADeal.ca is a thrift store. Most items for sale or previously owned or gently used. We do have items for sale that are "new with tags". Any "new with tags" items are clearly marked as so on site. Any other item, is previously owned. We will not accept any returns for customers who did not know that items were not new.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like graduation dresses, handbags, jewellery, hair accessories and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We do not accept returns on any underwear or swimsuit bottoms. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Some items are marked as "no returns" in item description. These items are a final sale. All measurements are given in the description and items marked "no returns" such as premium/designer brands have had other photos taken by our staff and videos taken of the condition of the product before being mailed off. This is to protect us from fraudulent returns on premium brands. No exceptions will be made to anything where the description states "no returns".
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on clearance items or gift cards. All used items in our store will show as "sale" as we show you the retail price and the sale price is what we sell it for on a regular basis. Clearance items are specifically in our clearout area of the store and will be labelled as such. Clearance items are not returnable and are considered a final sale. Any item in the "Markdown Mondays" area is a final sale and not eligible for returns.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, we will credit your ItsADeal.ca account once we receive the items back. We will credit you the cost of shipping to return the items as well. We do not issue refunds to the original payment method.
