Shipping policy

We currently ship within Canada only.

We offer free shipping anywhere in Canada on orders of $50.00 or more. Orders under $50.00 are subject to a flat rate shipping fee of $17.00.

All orders are shipped via Canada Post Expedited Parcel and include tracking. At checkout, you also have the option to upgrade to Canada Post Xpresspost for an additional fee.

Orders are typically processed and shipped within 1–3 business days.

Local Delivery – Chilliwack, BC
We offer local delivery within the Chilliwack, British Columbia area. At checkout, enter your postal code to confirm eligibility.

  • Local delivery fee: $3.00
  • Minimum purchase: $20.00

Local delivery is often completed within 1 day, making it a faster option than standard shipping, which can take up to 5 business days—even locally. It also gives us the opportunity to connect with our local customers and arrange local donations.

Undeliverable / Returned Packages
If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect address, failure to pick up the package, or refused delivery, the original shipping cost is non-refundable.

Please note: While we offer free shipping on qualifying orders, this applies only to successfully delivered packages.

If a package is returned to us, we are charged return shipping by the carrier. As a result, all shipping costs (both the original shipment and return shipping charges) will be deducted from any store credit issued.

Customers may also choose to have the order reshipped, in which case new shipping charges will apply.

If the total shipping costs exceed the value of the order, no store credit will be issued.

ItsADeal.ca is not responsible for incorrect shipping information entered at checkout or for packages not picked up in time.

Lost or Missing Packages
All orders include tracking. Once a package has been marked as delivered by Canada Post, ItsADeal.ca is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.

If your tracking shows as delivered but you cannot locate your package, we recommend:

  • Checking with household members or neighbours
  • Looking around your delivery area
  • Contacting Canada Post directly to open an investigation

We are always happy to assist where we can, but we are not responsible for packages once they have been marked as delivered.
